Beer TV.
So Budweiser is in development for a prospective wish-fulfillment TV show called “Bud United presents: The Big Time.” Casting directors are searching for contestants via social media sites like Facebook and the Chinese site Renren. Failures and losers are being asked to submit videos of their tales of woe. The “winners” will then be matched with celebrities who will train them to be rich and successful.
(Wait, isn’t there already a reality show about ne’er-do-wells fueled by beer? I think it’s called “Jersey Shore.”)
Who knows, maybe Bud can make your dreams come true. As Homer Simpson says, “Beer: The cause of, and solution to, all of life’s problems.”
