ESAB revs up for its TV debut.
Have you ever seen someone you know on television? Maybe your cousin was on The Price Is Right. Maybe your high school math teacher was interviewed on the local news. Either way, it’s pretty cool, right? Well, imagine our excitement when we learned our client, ESAB, will play a starring role in the upcoming season of TLC’s American Chopper.
Recently, ESAB announced a partnership with Orange County Choppers, the famous motorcycle shop started by the incredibly mustachioed Paul Teutul, Sr. As part of the deal, ESAB is the official provider of welding and metal cutting equipment for OCC. So you’re sure to see Paul, Sr. and crew using plenty of yellow machines during the show.
But the fun doesn’t stop there. The crew at OCC also created a one-of-a-kind ESAB chopper, which was unveiled in dramatic fashion at the Paulus Hook Pier in New Jersey – in front of a giant 9–11 monument. You have no idea how badly our very own Darryl Colling wants to ride that into work.
So keep your eyes peeled for ESAB, starting August 26. You know we’ll be watching.
