Making it personal.
What are you looking forward to? For some, it’s a week on a beach. For others, it’s retiring to the mountains. For others, it’s Friday. For others still, it’s just 10 minutes of quiet to enjoy a book. The thing is, it’s something completely different for everyone. And that was exactly the thinking behind the newest campaign we helped launch with M&T Bank.
This winter, we created a campaign featuring striking black and white photography of optimistic-looking people, shot by NYC photographer Walter Smith. Each is supplemented by a handwritten message designed to add a little personal touch to each execution, and drive home the point that everybody is indeed looking forward to something personally unique.
For this campaign, we also had the opportunity to add a new element to M&T’s media mix. We completely took over 175 metro trains in Washington, DC with our messages. So now commuters on their way to and from work each day are treated to some messages that, hopefully, truly hit home.
