Plumping season is over.
The holidays are over and we’re all finding ways to lose that extra baggage we’ve claimed during what Jean Fletcher deems “Plumping Season.” During this indulgent time, the CW kitchen was constantly filled with piles of cookies, crumb cakes, chocolates, and donuts, and now we’re all determined to work it off. As a special calorie-free treat, we’ve decided to share some of our secrets with you. Shh, don’t tell anyone, okay?

Agency champion arm wrestler Liz Maimone is training to be the next boxing champion. It seems like a natural fit, as she’s been beating up boys since she was five. She’s been working hard, even waking up some mornings as early as 4am to hit the gym. But don’t worry, she showers before work.
Eat right.
Well, we’ve all been practicing this and doing it well. Follow our diet of gastro delights at the Blue Monk, greasy chips and beer at BOTS, and luscious cake at our monthly mandatory fun parties, and you’ll look great in no time. Here’s an extra fat-blasting tip – enjoy a mid-afternoon bag of chocolate-covered pretzels washed down with lots of grape juice.
Whatever we eat and however we train, it’s working well and we’re all feeling great.
