The challenge.
The world of welding and cutting – like every industry – is rapidly going digital. So as the world’s leading manufacturer of welding and cutting equipment, ESAB wanted to be out in front of their competition. Helping them get there was our job.
Our answer.
Beyond creating unique and engaging microsites for ESAB’s newest products, we launched a multi-faceted campaign to promote their presence on Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. From Facebook ads to a social media lounge at the welding industry’s largest tradeshow, we urged welders to follow ESAB. We even designed and launched the industry’s first smartphone app.
The results.
Since we started working with ESAB on social media efforts, we’ve helped increase their followers on Facebook from 300 to nearly 20,000. What’s more, their smartphone app has been downloaded more than 13,000 times within six months, once again establishing ESAB as a pioneer in the welding industry.
