Account Coordinator

At Crowley Webb, the Account Coordinator is an open-minded team player who can work under tight deadlines and respond appropriately to a variety of client requests, knowing that impeccable customer service is a must. In this entry-level position, you'll work with our Account Service team to manage agency projects on behalf of our clients, as well as collaborate with other departments. Although a lot of time will be spent on the administration side of our accounts, this is a steppingstone to many duties of an Account Executive.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, timelines, and other client communications and correspondence
  • Participate in client meetings and conference calls
  • Communicate with clients on an as-needed basis in a professional, efficient manner
  • Attend to the needs of the Account Service team and continually seek ways to add value to the client/agency relationship
  • Process internal job open forms, job change forms, and other information requests
  • Follow up and maintain current work in progress across various agency departments
  • Verify production specs
  • Knowledge of agency clients and their industries

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • High level of organization
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong work ethic
  • High competency level on computer and software skills compatible with job responsibilities
  • Professional conduct within and outside office while conducting agency business
  • Passionate, motivated, and hardworking
