Account Executive

At Crowley Webb, the Account Executive is an open-minded team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, serving as a critical link – along with senior-level Account Management – between the client and the entire agency team. The Account Executive will serve as the client’s voice within the agency when executing advertising campaigns. The Account Executive will also ensure the client’s goals are met by aligning the internal efforts of various teams (creative, media, PR, analytics, digital) with the proper campaign components (print, web, broadcast, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Primary day-to-day liaison between the agency and its clients for all ongoing projects
  • Communicate with clients on a daily basis in a professional, efficient manner
  • Meet client demands and expectations while ensuring internal teams are prepared to execute accordingly
  • Follow up and maintain current work in progress across various agency departments, ensuring projects are on time and on budget
  • Nurture the business relationship with the client and continually seek ways to add value to the client/agency relationship
  • Thorough understanding of client’s industry, target audience, and competitive set
  • Prepare account service-related documents such as project estimates, meeting agendas, meeting reports, timelines, and other client communications and correspondence
  • Lead and/or participate in client meetings and conference calls
  • Collaborate with Account Leadership on billing and account profitability
  • Work with Account Leadership and other key team members in the strategic planning process to confirm the right approaches, messaging, and tactics are being considered
  • Process internal job open forms, job change forms, and other information requests
  • General knowledge of agency clients and their industries

Qualifications

  • Passionate, motivated, and hardworking
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of work experience within an advertising agency, marketing department, or related company
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • High level of organization
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
  • High competency level on computer and software skills compatible with job responsibilities
  • Professional conduct within and outside office while conducting agency business
