Digital Project Manager

Crowley Webb is seeking a Digital Project Manager who is well-versed in managing small to large scale projects and orchestrate workflow on clients’ digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate must be a superior communicator, extremely organized and excited to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment that values collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute project work plans and timelines, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project scope ensuring projects are on time and on budget
  • Constantly communicate in a professional, efficient manner relevant project information to client and team members
  • Process internal job open forms, job change forms, and other information requests
  • Ensure documents and digital assets are complete, current, and stored appropriately
  • Continuously evolve the process to make it more efficient while maintaining quality of work
  • Meet client demands and expectations while ensuring internal teams are prepared to execute accordingly
  • Recognize when project changes are out of scope and escalate to senior project management and/or account management accordingly
  • Prepare account service-related documents such as project estimates, meeting agendas, meeting reports, timelines, and other client communications and correspondence
  • Attend to the needs of the client and continually seek ways to add value to the client/agency relationship

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or associate’s degree
  • Three – Five years of project management work experience (in marketing, software development, advertising, healthcare or customer service)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Google applications
  • Proven ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with software development process a plus
