Resource Coordinator

Crowley Webb is looking for a full-time resource coordinator (traffic) to join the resource center team, who assigns, processes, and tracks every creative project initiated by the account service team. The ideal candidate will lead people and teams under tight deadlines and be cool under pressure. They should also be a people person, as much of the daily duties will involve interacting with different members of each department.

  • Work with creative department leadership on project assignments

  • Use thorough understanding of the creative development process and timing for various tactics

  • Create detailed task lists at each project stage

  • Ensure work is distributed equally and fairly between creative teams and other departments

  • Regularly communicate between account service and creative departments on the status of jobs

  • Co-lead a weekly meeting with the resource manager on the status of existing work and new work to come for the account service and creative departments

  •  Identify when additional resources are needed to complete projects and work with creative leadership team to source support

  • Participate in campaign kickoff meetings to make sure key milestones and timelines are discussed

  • Maintain agency’s project management and proofing software (Teamwork and ProofHQ)


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field – or equivalent work experience

  • At least one year of professional work experience in agency traffic or project management a plus but not required

  • High level of organization with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once

  • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic

  • Proficiency with computers and software compatible with job responsibilities
