Strategy Coordinator

Praxis, our patient recruitment division, is a seeking a Strategy Coordinator to support the execution and management of requests for proposal (RFPs). The Strategy Coordinator assists with all aspects of proposal coordination and strategy development for Praxis patient recruitment and retention services.

Responsibilities

  • Support strategy development in response to RFPs from sponsors (typically pharmaceutical/biotech companies)
  • Coordinate internal efforts to secure the information needed from project management, creative, media, analytics, public relations, and digital staff to prepare proposals
  • Research, write, and edit estimates and proposals, and assist in developing bid defense presentations
  • Assist in preparation of budgets for proposal pricing
  • Participate in conversion meetings for new studies with business development and project management teams as needed
  • Participate in annual strategic planning activities to help Praxis meet marketing objectives
  • Contribute to special projects related to business development/strategy department objectives or the agency overall as needed
  • Research and write comprehensive disease and protocol overview sheets and/or conduct protocol analysis for proposal strategy as needed
  • Contribute to content strategy and write articles for Praxis blog, and research and prepare PowerPoint presentations and white papers for use in Praxis business development activities as needed
  • Monitor industry news, trends, and competitive landscape

Qualifications

  • Four-year college degree or comparable work experience in a related professional setting (such as marketing, advertising, healthcare, business development)
  • Direct experience in business development, proposal writing, or sales roles a plus
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Drive required; knowledge of Salesforce a plus)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to travel as needed
