Strategy Coordinator

Praxis, Crowley Webb’s patient recruitment division, is looking for a full-time strategy coordinator to support the execution and management of requests for proposals (RFPs). In this role, you will also assist with all aspects of proposal coordination and strategy development for Praxis’ patient recruitment and retention services.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting strategy development in response to RFPs from sponsors (typically pharmaceutical/biotech companies)
  • Coordinating internal efforts to secure information needed from project management, creative, media, analytics, public relations, and digital staff to prepare proposals
  • Researching, writing, and editing estimates and proposals, and assisting in the development of bid defense presentations
  • Helping with preparation of budgets for proposal pricing
  • Participating in conversion meetings for new studies with business development and project management teams
  • Engaging in annual strategic planning activities to help Praxis meet marketing objectives
  • Taking part in special projects related to business development and strategy department objectives, or the agency overall
  • Researching and writing comprehensive disease and protocol overview sheets, and conducting protocol analyses for proposal strategies
  • Contributing to content strategy, writing posts for Praxis’ blog, and preparing PowerPoint presentations and whitepapers for use in Praxis business development activities
  • Monitoring industry news, trends, and competitive landscapes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable work experience in a related professional setting (e.g., marketing, advertising, healthcare, business development)
  • Direct experience working in business development, proposal writing, or sales a plus but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with computer software such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Drive required; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative environment
  • Able to travel as needed
