There’s something new to cheer about: M&T Bank is now the Official Bank of UConn. That means it’s not only the official bank of about 30,000 current students, but it’s the official bank of all of UConn Nation – hundreds of thousands of passionate alumni, faculty, and fans who bleed blue and white.

Before promoting M&T Bank’s new collection of UConn-specific debit and credit cards, we partnered with UConn women’s basketball coach – the most winningest coach in NCAA basketball history – Geno Auriemma to give his official endorsement.



Pay Like a Champion.
Only after establishing true street cred did we begin promoting the new UConn Debit Card collection through our Pay Like a Champion campaign, seamlessly building on the look and feel of the partnership announcement.






One Ton Sundae.
Learning about the UConn One Ton Sundae tradition (a free ice cream bar outside the Student Union every Winter Weekend), we helped M&T Bank sponsor the event and make the wait more enjoyable.


Acing our first assignment.

March Madness.
With both the men’s and women’s basketball teams dominating the rankings, we launched a UConn Debit Card March Madness bracket for customers to watch while in line at Connecticut-area branches.
And this is only beginning – Go Huskies!
