Each year, the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Buffalo Niagara Chapter honors the best work in public relations and communications across Western New York. And we’re proud to share we won 12 awards on behalf of seven different clients. Two of which took gold!

Erie Canal Harbor Development Corporation’s The Erie Canal Turns 200

To celebrate the Erie Canal’s 200th anniversary, the Erie Canal Harbor Development Corporation launched the Waterway of Change exhibit and a full season of summer programming at Buffalo’s Canalside. Our job was to drive awareness and bring visitors in. We identified key audience segments, developed strategic paid and organic social media plans, and executed a multi-platform campaign featuring compelling storytelling, historical content, and influencer collaborations. In just six months, the campaign generated 800,000+ views and grew Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok audiences by triple digits.

M&T Bank’s Spotlight Shop Holiday Social Media Campaign

To boost small business holiday shopping and reinforce the bank’s commitment to local communities, we launched a data-driven social campaign for M&T Bank’s Spotlight Shop. The campaign featured 26 small businesses, the account’s first-ever Instagram giveaway, influencer partnerships, and immersive “Shop with Us” Reels. With 300,000+ engagements and 160+ new followers in just one month, the campaign sure checked “exceed expectations” off our holiday list.
