Making Possible with ESAB.
ESAB is a global leader in welding and cutting known for its industry firsts. This year was a big year for the brand as they’ve introduced completely new ways of working with products like Renegade VOLT™ – the only battery-powered welder to run off DEWALT® batteries. That’s right, we’re talking about the power tool batteries that power up drills, cutters, and grinders. (Genius, we know.)
As a leader in innovation, ESAB wanted a new brand position that better reflected what a user is capable of with them by their side. So our team came up with “Make Possible” – the idea that if a fabricator can dream it, ESAB will help them do it.
A successful trade show season debut.
“Make Possible” was unveiled during trade show season where we created all of ESAB’s booth designs and signage for two major welding and cutting shows that just so happened to have the exact same dates. FABTECH was in Chicago while ESSEN was in Germany meaning we had to consider two different spaces AND languages at once. We can certainly say the “Make Possible” mindset was in full effect and both shows went off without a hitch. Captivating hero images of fabricators and “Make Possible” messaging were visible from all angles of the event space while inspirational, yet valuable wayfinding helped attendees intimately navigate ESAB’s space.
After a standout trade show season, we were tapped to create the Make Possible video above. We penned the script, recorded voices of people from around the world, filmed a bit in our studio, and harnessed animation to breathe innovation into the piece. The final product just dropped earlier this month, which means we could finally share it.
