A toy-tally fun campaign for The Strong Museum.
At Crowley Webb, we don’t just work hard – we enjoy hard play too. So when the opportunity arose for us to combine our two loves, we were stoked to say the least. The Strong National Museum of Play, one of our newest clients, expressed their desire for a playful creative refresh for the summertime. The goal of this campaign was not only to attract visitors across New York State, but to make them realize that The Strong Museum has fun for everyone and is well worth the drive to Rochester.
To start, we launched some toy-tally fun out-of-home boards that feature toys recognizable to adults and kids alike. Our media team found strategic placements for them in Buffalo and Syracuse – cities that are a short car trip away from The Strong Museum.
Next, we translated these into fun paid social posts that mimicked the act of playing. When users scroll through the images, it almost feels as if they are playing with Stretch Armstrong themselves. Additionally, we developed a handful of reels that showcased why The Strong Museum is such an amazing summertime destination.
We had so much fun with this campaign that it hardly felt like work at all. And we can’t wait to see what fun awaits us as we complete more impactful work for The Strong Museum in the future.
